Design Decoder — Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection and Use

Design Decoder does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, browsing history, or website content to any external server. Computed CSS styles are read locally in your browser only when you explicitly click the extension icon or activate the element inspector.

2. Local Storage

The extension uses chrome.storage.local solely on your device to save your UI theme preference, colour format (HEX/OKLCH), and the most recent design snapshot.

3. Third-Party Sharing

No data ever leaves your browser. The extension embeds no analytics, telemetry, ads, or remote scripts.
